Our open enrollment technical courses in Columbia, MD are offered to professionals interested in increasing their skills through top quality, instructor-led training. /training/etc works closely with each company who sends their developers, managers and end-users to our facility for training, so we ask that you please contact the appropriate person in your company for pre-approval prior to registering for our courses.

PRICING NOTE: Courses not available for GSA pricing may still qualify for a government discount. If your federal agency is not participating in GSA pricing or you wish to enroll in a course where GSA pricing is not available, you may still be able to obtain a government discount. Pricing Information:

Payment may be made to /training/etc Inc. via check, Purchase Order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. For students who wish to pay for their enrollment with a credit card, /training/etc will contact the cardholder within 24 hours to process the credit card payment.

Red Hat Success Packs:

Red Hat certifications are indisputably regarded as the best in Unix® and Linux®, and perhaps, according to some, in all of IT. This is due in large part because of Red Hat's performance-based format - the RHCT® and RHCE® are not multiple choice tests, you either know it or you don't, and passing is not a "given," even with a night or two of cramming.

We are pleased to offer RHCT and RHCE Success Packs. A Success Pack acts as insurance, providing a re-take of the exam, if you fail the first exam (less than 50% of first-time test-takers for both RHCT and RHCE pass. But as you might expect, the rate increases significantly to 75%+ for second-time test takers). If your first attempt is unsuccessful, try honing your skills for a little while, then call /training/etc at 1-410-290-8383 within 90 days of receiving your exam results and schedule a re-take. It's that easy.

Do you intend to purchase a substantial amount of training over the next year or two? If so, then you can save a large amount of money by joining our 10/20/30 Club and receiving discounts each time you register one or more of your students into any of our Open Enrollment Classes. For a limited time, you can pre-purchase $20,000, $50,000, or $100,000 worth of training, which is good for up to 24 months after purchase. This offer may not be combined with any other discount or offer.

Cisco Learning Credits can be bought for cash. We will accept Cisco Learning Credits as full or partial payment for any valid instructor-lead training class. Discounts for Government Employees:

Discounts are available for government employees. This discount does not apply to contractors working on government contracts.

/training/etc Cancellation Policy:

If a student must cancel their enrollment for any /training/etc class, please notify us as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation is received at least 11 business days prior to the beginning of the course. One-third of the course cost will be billed if the cancellation is received 6-10 business days prior to the start of the course. Two-thirds of the course cost will be billed for cancellations received 0-5 days prior to the start of the course.
